Joli Jardin was looking for a packaging designer and I reached out to them in hopes of working with someone so amazing in the Chattanoogan community. If you know me, you know how much I love print projects because of my time working in a print shop in Denver. That's actually what first sparked my interest in pursuing graphic design! They were getting ready to create their very own candle for their dark academia flower and apothecary shop downtown and I was so excited for the opportunity.

Joli Jardin's style and taste is very specific and bold, which really challenged me throughout the design and illustration process. By combining hand-illustrated elements with gothic-era elements and images, the finished label for their Black Rose Candle came out lovely. Visit them in store or online to buy one!
